MSF commenced its activities in Ghana in 2006 with an important project for the Government of the Republic of Ghana: the construction and rehabilitation of the Road from Kumasi to Techiman between the towns of Ofinso and Techiman 75km of the extension, in the Ashanti Region.

The MSF presence in the country has continued with the Upgrading of N1 Highway between Apenkwa Interchange and Mallam Road Junction (Lot 2), an 8km long, 2x3 cross-section highway stretch that encompasses 2 km of viaducts, the rehabilitation of 59.9 km of the National Trunk Road N8, between Assim Praso and Bekwai, plus the construction of a new bridge over the Pra river, as well as the foundation piles for the La Beach Towers tourist resort; as well as the Ghana Early Phase Gas Infrastructure Development Project - Fabrication and supply of concrete and steel reinforcement for foundation pile construction.

Recently, MSF started the construction of “The Exchange – Accra”, a mixed-use development comprising retail area, a  200 rooms 4-star hotel and 100 apartments.
